1. From Upper New York State: Take New York State Thruway (87/287) to Exit 12 (West Nyack, Route 303 South). Travel about 2.5 miles South to Paradigm Medical Communications, which is located on the left side, across from "Our Town Car Wash" past the light at Erie Street and before the one at Mountain View Ave/S. Greenbush Road.
2. From Connecticut: Take the Merritt Parkway to New England Thruway (South) to Interstate 287, Cross Westchester Expressway (West), to New York State Thruway (87/287). After crossing the Tappan Zee Bridge, take Exit 12 (West Nyack, Route 303 South). Travel about 2.5 miles South on Route 303 to Paradigm Medical Communications, which is located on the left side, across from "Our Town Car Wash" past the light at Erie Street and before the one at Mountain View Ave/S. Greenbush Road.
3. From New Jersey Garden State Parkway: Travel North to Exit 14A (New York State Thruway, 87/287) Take Exit 12 (West Nyack, Route 303 South). Travel about 2.5 miles South to Paradigm Medical Communications, which is located on the left side, across from "Our Town Car Wash" past the light at Erie Street and before the one at Mountain View Ave/S. Greenbush Road.
4. From Newark Airport: Take New Jersey Turnpike North towards the George Washington Bridge. Stay on 95 North to Local Roads (not Express Lanes) to Palisades Interstate Parkway (PIP) ramp (North) to Exit 5 (Route 303 North). Take Route 303 North about 2.5 miles to Paradigm Medical Communications, which will be on the right side across from "Our Town Car Wash" past the light at Mountain View Ave/S. Greenbush Road and before the one at Erie Street.
5. From LaGuardia Airport: Take the Grand Central Parkway (West: New York) to the Triborough Bridge. Then take the Major Deegan Expressway (Interstate 87 North) to the George Washington Bridge (Upper Level). Bear right on the bridge, following signs to the Palisades Parkway North to Exit 5 (Route 303 North). Take Route 303 North about 2.5 miles to Paradigm Medical Communications, which is located on the right side across from "Our Town Car Wash" past the light at Mountain View Ave/S. Greenbush Road and before the one at Erie Street.
6. From Kennedy Airport: Take the Van Wyck Expressway to Grand Central Parkway (West), then see #4, above.
7. From Long Island: Take 495, Long Island Expressway (West), or Northern State Parkway (West) to Grand Central Parkway, then see #5, above.
